GONORTH! MISSION

The GoNorth! mission is to build academic excellence, concurrently promoting Arctic issues and Native perspective to nurture environmental responsibility.

While bringing forth debate on world resources, the extensive online education program will provide an opportunity for K-12 classrooms and public audiences worldwide to comprehend traditional and contemporary life in remote Arctic communities, and evident effects of environmental / ecological changes in this remote, fragile region. GoNorth! will create the necessary awareness of these profound changes, which ultimately impact the rest of our planet and all of its inhabitants.
